Meet our Principal

Jordan Damewood, Principal Consultant

Jordan Damewood brings decades of construction experience across field operations, project management, scheduling, and public-sector consulting. His career began at age 14 in residential construction, where he gained early hands-on experience in wood framing, custom cabinetry, and concrete flatwork—building a practical understanding of construction means and methods.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Missouri State University and completed multiple internships supporting U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, gaining early exposure to federal construction standards, documentation, and compliance-driven environments.

Since graduating, Jordan has worked across federal, state, municipal, education, heavy civil, infrastructure, DOT, and insurance restoration projects. This multi-discipline background allows him to evaluate disputes with a clear understanding of contractor, subcontractor, scheduler, and owner perspectives—making his analyses especially effective in expert witness and dispute settings.
